We like to keep things simple, transparent, and easy to work with—here’s a quick overview of how we operate:
Booking Your Order

We cater to small events and take a limited number of orders per day.

Your booking is confirmed once an advance is paid.

Final details (menu, quantity, delivery time) should be locked in 3–5 days before your event.
Payments

A 30–50% advance is required to confirm your slot.

The remaining balance is due 2 days before delivery.

Last-minute additions may come with additional charges.
Changes & Cancellations

Need to make changes? Let us know at least 3 days in advance—we’ll try our best.

Cancellations made earlier than 3 days may be partially refundable (advance excluded).

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Delivery

We’ll agree on a delivery time that works for your event.

While we aim to be punctual, slight delays due to traffic or unforeseen issues can happen.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Food & Freshness

All our food is freshly prepared in small batches.

For the best experience, we recommend consuming it soon after delivery.

Once delivered, storage and handling are the customer’s responsibility.
Allergies & Dietary Needs

Our kitchen uses common allergens like dairy, nuts, and gluten.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions while placing your order.

We take care, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Packaging

Food is usually packed in high-quality disposable containers.

Any reusable items (if provided) should be returned in good condition.
