IDAM Foods is inspired by Sushma Sridhar, a data scientist turned entrepreneur. She hails from Bangalore and grew up immersed in the city’s rich and diverse food culture. Now settled in Seattle, she recreates those memorable flavors with care and precision.

 

What began as a passion has evolved into a profession—driven by a love for cooking, a strong focus on hygiene, and a constant desire to innovate. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted to be both delicious and wholesome, bringing a taste of home to every bite.
